1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you by email and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.


2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are shipped from our China warehouse. We accept orders from international customers who are shipping to the following countries only ( Any shipments outside of these areas are not available at this time):

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, deliver normally takes 15-45 days. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. 

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments because of the weight limit for each parcel.

We offer free shipping for most of the items from our website.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Import tax is charged according to customs rules of territory where the item is shipped.

Return & Refund Policy

If you wish to return your order, please send us an email at 

 (Note: Do not ship back products without authorization through the return process. )

Please ensure that you have read the following before emailing us:

• 30 Day Return Policy. If you are not satisfied for any reason with your merchandise, you may return it to us within 30 days from the day your order is received (see details below). 
• Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.
• Product must be kept in its original conditional, brand new, unused and resell-able.
• The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
• We are not responsible for the package until it arrives in our warehouse. For this reason, we highly recommend that you purchase insurance for your package and have a tracking number before you ship it back to us.


Refund policy:

1) Once we receive your item, the refund will be processed with 7-15 working days.

2) If you need to cancel the order, please send us an email. Then refund will be processed with 7-15 working days after you summit your cancellation request.

(Please note: If you cancel an order without notifying us, refund will not be acceptable)
